This page contains some examples to show some of the capabilities of the
graphic input-function of GDP. For examples of real missiles check here.
 | The first example is a simple star grain. The star was drawn in a CAD program, and then
exported as a bitmap image. |
 | Imagine that this star was damaged by a crack. Just use MS-Paint to draw the crack
and calculate the burnback! |
 | Of course moon-burners, with the bore outside the center of the grain are easily
evaluated. |
 | Not only circular grains are possible, but also strangely shaped grains. |
 | GDP is not restricted to single bore propellants. How about the following multi-ported
(fictitious) grain ! This would make a great hybrid design. |
