This award is only given out to websites that provides FREE
SERVICES for webmasters! Using these free services webmasters should be able to
make better webpages. My award is just a way of saying thanks and that we webmasters
really appreciate these services. If you are providing a free service and you will like to

REQUIREMENTS
Your website must provide a
free service for webmasters.
(e.g. graphics, javascripts, tips, tricks, etc. not just links to these
services)
No adult, pornographic or illegal sites are allowed.
(they don't provide a free service for webmasters!)
Upon receiving the award I expect an acknowledgment.
(even if you're not happy with the award, let me know!)
Your site should be easy to navigate.
(I should be able to find the free services easily)
There must be no "Under Constructions" signs!
(apply for the award when your site is finished!)
Your site must be in English, Dutch or Papiamentu!
(I can't judge what I can't understand!)
If you accept the award I expect you to link it back to my site.
(so that others can apply for the award)
