How the Membership Can make or Break the Organization

This Awareness indicates that in regard to the part of your question about how the membership can make or break an organization, this is absolutely true, and fortunately, there have been entities who have supported this organization over the decades or over the years, or by the month, or by the week, or perhaps on a one-time basis, and this support has kept the organization alive, which has created for this Awareness an opening into the consciousness of this plane, of this dimension.

This Awareness indicates that It has kept this door open and has allowed this Awareness considerable time on this plane during a time of extreme crisis, for mankind during this time had reached a point of near annihilation when this Awareness entered and It has communicated and spoken through the opening to the collective unconsciousness of humans on this plane in this dimension.

It has informed them of many different things so that changes came about and so that frequencies and vibrations were altered and entities moved away from some of the greater hazards and became aware of some of the other new hazards they had not yet anticipated or understood, and entities are still becoming aware of various hazards and as they become aware, those hazards have a tendency to diminish, but entities must be aware of them first before they can be diminished.

You Must recognize a Disease Exists Before It Can be Healed

This Awareness indicates you cannot heal the disease until you recognize the disease exists. You cannot ignore the disease and expect it to go away. You must be told of or discover for yourself that there is a crisis, a problem, then you must take the mental steps and all other necessary steps to heal, to move from recognition of the problem to the healing of the problem.

This Awareness indicates that this essentially is a most broad overview of the situation in which this Awareness has found Itself in regard to this plane, and to this organization and its membership. This Awareness deeply appreciates the contributions and dedication and focus of the membership in allowing this opening to continue, for without those entities within the membership who have contributed to this opening, most of this change would not have been possible, and humanity might not exist at this time. This Awareness indicates It wishes entities to realize the importance of the role they have played in this crisis, in this critical moment of human history.

Why Awareness Focuses mainly on the Negative

Closing message: This Awareness indicates that over the years it has focused heavily on the negative, on the disease, on the problem. It has not given greater attention to the healing aspects. The fact of becoming aware of the negative tends to bring about the healing, so long as the entity isn't caught by an attitude of being a victim of that negative, and most of the people who receive these messages have long moved beyond the victim consciousness and see themselves as ministers of agents of the Spirit, of the Light, of the Divine, so that when they hear of a negative, just focussing on that, recognizing that negative will automatically begin the healing process.

This Awareness indicates all that is necessary for an aware person is to be aware of the problem and that brings an automatic movement in consciousness to bring about a healing of the problem. Therefore, this Awareness quite often gives more information on the negative and what is happening in a negative sense that It does on what to do about it. Generally, It will give some information on what to do, but it is not essential to the healing process that the positive action must always be taken, for being aware of the problem is often enough to make the changes in consciousness that help bring about the healing.

This Awareness indicates that taking a positive action is often a greater benefit for the individual and helps to seal the change or helps to affect the subconscious energies involved to accept that a change is occurring. This Awareness indicates there are even situations whereby if an entity becomes aware of a negative and that entity is in a high state of awareness, and sees a desire or has a desire to change that negative, the entity may not be able to take the action to make the change directly, but if the entity can take an action, it helps to ground that wish for change in consciousness.

You could either drive a nail into a board with the idea that you are driving this change into the physical reality, or you could jump up and down three times or you could slap your hands together or take any kind of ritualistic movement to ground the action in your thought into a reality level of the physical world, and it would have an effect of doing something so that your subconscious would feel "Ah! I've taken care of it!"

How Your Letter-Writing Affects the Mass-Mind

This Awareness indicates that this type of behavior can be profoundly effective. Even more profound is when you take an action that you can truly believe affects the situation. This Awareness indicates that in most cases, wherein this Awareness has suggested you to write a chain letter, or write to certain people regarding an issue or a situation, the writing itself may not have logically reached enough people to have a profound effect on the situation, but by writing, it leads you in your subconscious to accept that you have done something about this situation, and in your high state of awareness, that message to your subconscious then is channeled to other entities in their subconscious levels and you believe it, and because you believe it, it becomes more powerful than ever that you have changed the situation, and on a subconscious level you will begin to affect the mass-mind and bring about the changes.

Meanwhile, you believe it because your letters have gone out and are touching people and have some effect which you can see and recognize. This Awareness wishes to tell you this so you understand that it is not simply the letters that you write which makes the change. It is also the change in your own consciousness which is part of the collective consciousness so that the changes occur throughout the collective consciousness and unconsciousness of humanity.

This is much a part of the changes as it is the letter you send to your Congress person or to other people imploring them to do something about a certain issue. This Awareness indicates in other words, as recipients of these messages and as entities who absorb the information, the very act of absorbing and becoming aware makes a change.

The act of acting upon that awareness enhances the change with it in a manner that fits the situation, enhances the change even further, but it also creates on a subconscious level another set of changes in the collective and subconscious collective mind of humanity

This Awareness indicates therefor, you are magicians in the highest order of consciousness, even if you are not well aware of the role and the way by which things work.
