Moving toward Vegetarianism

This Awareness indicates it was only a brief decades past that nearly all entities in the United States and in the Western world, were under the belief that eating flesh was essential and necessary to be healthy. This Awareness indicates that most entities were taught that not having enough flesh would lead to weakness and starvation. This Awareness indicates only in the past 15 or 20 years have entities begun to realize that there are many types of protein dishes which can be used that will bring about sufficient nutrition for entities to survive long and healthy lives.

This Awareness indicates that the Seventh Day Adventists in particular, over long periods of time, have demonstrated that the body can survive long and well without using flesh, using various types of protein. This Awareness indicates that also those Eastern countries which do not indulge in flesh eating, particularly certain cultures of India, have indicated that entities can survive and live relatively healthy lives without such.

This Awareness indicates that Seventh Day Adventist's life-span as that which is longer and is more free of disease than that life-span of those who indulge in flesh eating. This Awareness encourages entities to think about ways whereby they may move from flesh eating into the use of other forms of protein. This Awareness particularly suggests that entities move away from pork and beef and those red meats, and that the entities using fish and fowl, particularly fowl, that this be accepted until the entity feels it is capable of giving up the use of fowl, and then that the entity may move to the use of sea food, and gradually , away from sea food into the other forms of vegetable protein; that seaweeds type foods and that the combination of and other foods can eventually be used.

This Awareness indicates, however, does not intend to create guilt trips, or feelings of inadequacy or guilt on entities who are not yet capable or ready to move into vegetarian lifestyles, for each individual must develop at his or her own pace, and there are some individuals whose physical health would suffer if moving too quickly in these directions. This Awareness indicates that It has witnessed flesh eating for may thousand of years upon this plane, and that It is capable of allowing decades for the change to occur.

Fasting Information - to Increase your Awareness

It is suggested that fasting is a thing which most of you have forgotten, although this Awareness, through the Christ Consciousness, had indicated before the importance of fasting. It is suggested that all of you should fast for 2 or 3 days. Your bodies are filled with mucous, with residuals from drugs, with various types of toxins; your bodies are like a machine filled with hundred of millions of tubes you refer as veins and cells, as arteries, as capillaries ---these in most of you are clogged with waste material, residuals, especially alkaloids from medicinal drugs.

It is suggested that all entities should fast for one or two or three days once a month. If this is followed for a period of one year, that the difference in your health, the difference in the way you feel, that opportunity to increase your awareness, will allow you to fully understand the value of fasting.

It is also suggested that those who feel now no specific illness should also fast, should follow the diet indicated by this Awareness so that their lives may be more full. It is also suggested that fresh air, sunshine, fasting, pure water, rest, and that state of mind that allows exuberant and abundant health be a concern to all of you in your meditative effort.
