This makes me wonder how many of us will make it to the next 5th dimensional stage. How many of us will be aware of its existence and still of other more advanced dimensions? Will we see the end of the human race as we know it?

With our available senses we perceive only a very tiny part of totality or as David Icke wrote:
"First we need to know that we do not live in a 'world' as we perceive it, but in a frequency range - and a tiny one. The electromagnetic spectrum, according to mainstream science, is only 0.005% of what exists in energy and matter in this universe. And 'visible light', the only frequency that our eyes can decode, is a fraction of that 0.005%."

Fortunately for us the "Controllers', the NWO team having the Orion Empire and Reptoids Federation behind them, can only control that 0.0005% frequency range. Luckily the remaining 99.995% is and ever will be our uncontrollable playground.

David continues:
"We need to understand that what we call 'Creation' is made up of densities or ranges of frequency that share the same 'space', just as different radio and television frequencies share the same 'space' without interfering with each other unless they are very close on the dial. 
As we quicken our own vibrational resonance by changing our state of being and perception we are able to move through the densities to ever higher and more expansive levels of awareness until we merge with the Infinite All That Is - the Infinite Possibility that we ultimately are."
