After two financial disasters Tati produces, for a Swedish television channel, Parade. The project is not really a television movie; it's more a registration. There isn't a story line in the movie.
There isn't also one character in the production because Tati plays himself like a kind of presenter. A circus is performing in a theatre surrounded by an audience. The attention is strongly pulled to that same audience.
The picture is very hazy. The film is recorded on videotape and transfered to celluloid.
